A software based secure remote collaboration tool

Enabling filmmakers to work freely from anywhere with the same experience as being on prem.

01

How does it work?

A small app runs at the facility next to your existing storage and watches the workspaces you choose. Filmmakers run a companion app on their machines; it connects over a secure path and presents those workspaces so NLEs behave as if the media were local.

Security

Media is protected in transit and on disk, and access is gated centrally — not bolted on as an afterthought. You decide who gets in, and you can pull that access back so remote copies stop being usable. The goal is simple: collaboration without giving up control of your assets.

Collaboration

Editors work against the same workspaces and bins with leases and locks that mirror on-prem discipline. Remote sessions stay aligned with your facility — no shipping drives, no rebuilding media paths, no guessing which copy is current.

Monitoring

You get visibility into what is being accessed and moved, with a clear record for accountability and review. That supports operational awareness and a defensible trail when you need to show who touched what and when. The companion iOS app means visibility is always on hand.

On prem integration

ROAM plugs into the storage you already use — RAID, NAS, or SAN — without locking you to a particular vendor or ripping out your stack. Deployment is meant to be lightweight: software at the facility and on filmmakers' machines, working inside your perimeter the way you already run post.
